Can I book in for an initial consultation and how much will this cost?

We offer a complimentary 30-minute chat for all new clients to discuss your personal and/or business needs, as well as the services that we offer, to identify how we can best work together and get the best outcome for your business.

How does the engagement process work?

After your complimentary initial meeting, we will then send out our Engagement Letter, as well as request the relevant information to allow us to onboard you to the ATO portal and ASIC portal if required, so that we can have visibility over your compliance requirements and be able to provide you with a fully-encompassing quote for all annual work.

Do I have to pay for anything upfront?

Our initial meeting will be completely complimentary. After our initial meeting and after onboarding you, we will have visibility over your lodgement requirements, as well as have an understanding of your personal and business needs. From here, we will provide you with an upfront, all-encompassing quote for you to review and accept. We will not start any work without our fees first being agreed upon, and these quotes will be all-encompassing to ensure complete transparency & ensure that there are no hidden fees!

Where is Naked Accounting located?

Naked Accounting is located within the Metricon Building in Robina, on Level 3. There is free 2-hour parking at the ground floor of the building.

Can I book in for an appointment if I am not local to Naked Accounting?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to meet with you via Microsoft Teams, and we utilise electronic signing programs to ensure that we are able to deliver a high level of service to all of our clients, no matter where in the country or world you are.

How can I stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations?

We send out regular informative emails to our clients, outlining any new relevant updates in ATO rulings and alike. Keep an eye out for these in your inbox!
